Overview of Role
66degrees is seeking a Senior contractor to engage on a 7-week remote assignment for 20 hours per week with potential to extend. Interested candidates should have the following required skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience
- Ability to perform technical duties associated with cloud computing at a high level (designing cloud software and systems to implement and maintain them)
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Scheduler, Pubsub)
- Expertise in Terraform
- Capacity for flexibility/ability to adapt to change
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to work in a teamwork/collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working in financial services for a Tier 1 investment bank or a similar heavily regulated organization
- Expertise in Terraform
- Experience in DevOps Tooling, Methodologies and Practices
- Background in professional services/consulting
