Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PathFactory. If you possess a passion for learning, growth, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to support customers with data insights and strategic deliverables to help them adopt all areas of our product while highlighting measurable client value.
As the next Customer Success Coordinator, you will:
- Review and action tickets submitted by our Customer Success Managers, including tasks such as creating custom landing pages, conducting business review analytics, developing microsites, generating reports, and fulfilling other requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver insights and provide both tactical and strategic recommendations throughout the customer lifecycle to proactively drive adoption of the PathFactory product to support customer goals.
- Develop proficiency as a power user of the PathFactory platform, executing diverse use cases across modules, and creating new ways to leverage the product and highlight its value.
- Participate in initiatives alongside the Customer Experience team to increase adoption and usage among our customers.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in the technology industry (preferably in B2B SaaS) in customer success, project management, account management, or consulting.
- Proficient in project management, with an ability to execute strategic and accurate deliverables on time.
- Knowledgeable about the digital marketing space and passionate about MarTech, aligning with PathFactory’s focus.
- Marketing knowledge, including marketing automation platform functionality and principles of ABM, Demand Generation, and Content Marketing.
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner, capable of optimizing platform features and efficiently scaling usage for maximum output.
- Ability to translate customer requests into actionable tasks. We move at Intelligent Speed and your ability to demonstrate this is key to your and our success.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to express ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proactive in seeking assistance when needed but also demonstrates initiative in problem-solving.
- Available to work 5 hours during the company's core business hours (EST).
Location
This is a remote role in India, preferably in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. Flexibility for other locations will be considered.
