Acentra seeks an Administrative Assistant (Remote U.S.) to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Project Director in all projects and activities.
  • Provide coordination between management staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Director and the team, including faxing, copying, scheduling appointments and conferences, and ordering supplies.
  • Manage all correspondence for the Project Director, including drafting responses and coordinating with all departments to provide the information necessary to address the issues at hand.
  • Maintain all contract and confidential correspondence files and ensure they remain confidential and current.
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and in coordinating local and corporate proposals or strategic meetings.
  • Create and maintain operational spreadsheets.
  • Finance: Coordinate the procurement of goods and services for the office.
  • Serves as the contact person for all facility issues, including coordinating maintenance calls and requests, equipment, and keys.
  • Create and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative/call center support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of personnel, both clinical and non-clinical.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Associate's degree from a business or secretarial school.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – 24.00 / hour.
