Acentra seeks a Network Recruiter (Remote U.S.) to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
Provider recruitment: This position will be primarily responsible for growing the Acentra Health provider network, which will include warm and cold recruiting, rate negotiations, and contracting.
Provider onboarding: Taking prospective providers through the onboarding process efficiently and expeditiously while ensuring the provider's experience is positive sets up Acentra Health for positive provider retention.
Administrative support: All positions support multiple functions within the department.
Provider relationship support: We consistently work to meet our goal of providing an excellent experience to our providers. Every team member plays a part in supporting them throughout their journey with Acentra Health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for carrying out various day-to-day tasks within the department.
- Manage communication with providers via the network provider phone line, chat, and dedicated provider relations email.
- Ensure that national provider coverage is maintained for our Member Care when referring to our clients.
- Be able to utilize outside-the-box recruitment strategies and methods.
- Respond to provider queries, monitor key processes, and report information regularly to the Provider Relations Manager.
- The position must communicate professionally and effectively with our provider network as Acentra Health's key representative.
- Negotiates market-specific rates with providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensures that all providers' applications are processed promptly.
- Assist with routine re-credentialing of providers to verify active license and malpractice insurance.
- Provides other related duties and activities as apparent or directed.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience
- Have proven success in a team environment
- Be a critical thinker and self-starter
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Be highly proficient in Excel and/or another data visualization tool and PowerPoint
- Be able to perform and adapt in fast-paced environments and development methodologies
- Be autonomously motivated with minimal direction and supervision
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to develop value-props and WIFMs
- Creative recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills; competency with PowerPoint and other training and presentation technology.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem resolution, and proactive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analyzes, evaluates, assimilates, and understands incoming information and uses cognitive skills to determine direction independently.
- Responds, answers, or directs information requests on various topics.
- Adapts easily to change and to shifting priorities.
- Remains calm under pressure, displaying enthusiasm and positivity.
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work independently as a part of a Team.
- Must be able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactively identifies solutions that enhance team performance and improve customer retention and relations.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $22 - 26 per hour
