Job Summary

As the Program Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and deliverables while executing assigned contract functions. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening customer relationships and consistently meeting contract requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively direct the program to achieve assigned objectives and ensure full contract compliance. Monitor metrics and daily operations to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with program leaders, including the medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams, to improve processes, identify training needs, and pinpoint improvement opportunities. Assist in budget review and management.
  • Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the RFP, new RFP cycles and related new business initiatives.
  • Continually assess all systems, including contracts, policies and procedures, and workflows, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for all stakeholders.
  • Supports system workflows, recommends efficiencies, and participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Work with the management team to create an organizational structure that ensures effective processes and work designs.
  • Support budget review and analysis to ensure the program’s financial success.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to providers
  • Identify development opportunities for staff and teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Provide supervision to staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and supervision to meet contract deliverables for all operations.
  • Deliver data analysis and reporting that aligns with the contractor’s goals of quality care and cost-effectiveness in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licensure in a healthcare field, such as LCSW, RN, or Psychologist, in the State of Washington or New York.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with government policy and structure.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of metrics, productivity measures, and reporting.
  • Understanding of regulatory agency compliance.
  • Proficiency in contract development and implementation.
  • Strong budget and financial skills, with an aptitude for systems planning and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple databases and software applications, as well as perform data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and effective interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $43.00 to $48.00 per hour.

Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
