Job Summary
Acentra Health is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to join its team. As a company striving to redefine healthcare industry expectations, the successful candidate will join a highly experienced team of leaders, clinicians, technologists, and industry professionals. Our unique, diverse teams allow us to provide advanced solutions that elevate the healthcare experience and accelerate better outcomes. The Program Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting Acentra Health's mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs.
- Supervise program staff and ensure adherence to program goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to program staff.
- Monitor program activities and outcomes to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in program planning, evaluation, and improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in program management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare programs and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
- Master’s degree in a related field.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $ 75,000-88,000 annually.
Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
