Our client, a rapidly growing eCommerce company with a diverse product portfolio, is seeking a PPC & Marketplace Analyst to join their high-performance team. With a focus on strategic thinking and results, the role involves maintaining and enhancing their presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include monitoring account health, managing listings, and optimizing PPC strategies in collaboration with marketing, catalog, and operations teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
PPC Management
- Conduct daily monitoring of ads, including search term report analysis.
- Track and optimize TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) and explore new targeting opportunities.
Account Management
- Monitor account health and feedback to ensure compliance and performance.
- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage deal creation and execution, including coupon checks and pricing updates.
SEO and Reporting
- Update SEO reports to reflect current strategies and performance.
- Analyze Category Listing Reports for insights and improvements.
- Monitor brand performance on all channels (Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop).
Data Analysis and Strategy
- Perform competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Track and record weekly advertising performance and update PPC call agendas.
- Fill out sales sheets and upload weekly scorecards for performance tracking.
- Deep experience with Scale Insights, Helium10, DataRova, and Amazon Seller Central.
- A keen eye for data-presentation and visualization, providing reports that clearly communicate important information and improve over time.
- You are a process-oriented operator who can take an idea, put it into execution, and explain the results in a concise and efficient manner.
- You have high attention to detail.
