Job Title: Amazon Flat File Expert
Schedule: US Business Hours Eastern Timezone

Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Flat File Management: Create, update, and manage Amazon flat files for product listings, including inventory, pricing, and product details.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly according to Amazon’s specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to flat files, such as listing errors, data discrepancies, and file upload problems.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize product listings for improved visibility and performance on Amazon, including keyword optimization and category enhancements.
- Reporting: Generate and interpret reports related to listing performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product information and strategies.
- Best Practices: Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features for optimization.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience with Amazon flat files and listing management. Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of formulas, data manipulation, and troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: Amazon Advertising or Seller Central certifications.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home textiles and e-commerce best practices.
