Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and grow our e-commerce operations on TikTok. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, trends, and commerce features. You will be responsible for managing our TikTok Shop, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• TikTok Shop Management:
• Set up, manage, and optimize the TikTok Shop.
• Maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Implement promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales.
• Content Creation and Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging TikTok content that promotes our products.
• Leverage trending topics and challenges to increase visibility.
• Produce high-quality short-form videos that resonate with our target audience.
• Marketing and Growth:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Utilize TikTok Ads and influencer partnerships to expand reach.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future campaigns.
• Community Engagement:
• Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Foster a positive community around the brand.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure all content and activities comply with TikTok’s guidelines and policies.
• Stay updated on the latest TikTok features and e-commerce trends.
At least 2 years of TikTok shop management experience
