- Data Modeling: Collaborate with Data Engineering to create SQL data models that are optimized for Looker functionality.
- LookML Layer Configuration: Set up the LookML layer to enable extensive data exploration and reporting capabilities.
- Report Recreation: Convert existing Tableau reports and visualisations into Looker with accuracy and consistency.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough tests and validations on migrated reports and data sources to ensure reliability.
- User Training and Support: Facilitate the transition to Looker by providing training and support to end-users.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Looker best practices and feature updates to enhance BI capabilities.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst with a technical skillset.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL, with experience in data modelling and ETL processes.
- BI Tools: Expertise in Looker Enterprise is a must and Tableau is nice to have, with hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinking: Help guide the design and outcomes of dashboard requests from our stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance practices and data management best practices.
