Position Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst who is passionate about financial analysis and can deliver critical insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Create and maintain financial models to support business strategy and investment decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in revenue, costs, and profitability, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Support the finance team in monthly close processes and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and support financial decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
- Ability to work with complex financial data and provide clear, concise insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
