As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, to support strategic decision-making and improve financial processes. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis, helping to ensure the company's financial health and success.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve business performance
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization
- Participate in the preparation of investor presentations and financial communications
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
