Scope of the role:
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while leading the creation of custom ERP software solutions tailored to client needs. You will mentor junior developers, stay updated on emerging technologies, and align technical initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Web Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Implement responsive designs to ensure seamless functionality across devices.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative features.
- Custom ERP Development
- Lead the development of a custom ERP platform tailored to client needs.
- Architect and manage database solutions to support business processes.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance ERP functionality.
- Technical Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adopt emerging technologies.

- 5+ Years of experiencein related roles. (Must Have)
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in full-stack web development with proficiency in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL and NoSQL) and understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in building enterprise-level applications or ERP systems.
