Scope of the role:
The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities, ensuring alignment with the companyโs strategic goals. This role involves managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Oversee and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Cultivate a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance work-life balance and employee well-being.
- Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs to reward and motivate staff.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and foster a collaborative culture.
- C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in leadership roles. (Must Have)
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with US companies.(Must Have)
- In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.(Must Have)
- Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Expertise in performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations and drive HR initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
