This role involves working closely with both technical and business teams in a fast-paced, engaging work environment.
What you will do
- Implement visual elements into various web applications, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback.
- Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds.
- Maintain and enhance websites and applications, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot website issues and coding problems.
- Collaborate with the application team to improve functionality and user-friendliness consistently.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry and technology trends.
- Work within AWS and interact with PostgreSQL databases.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS.
- A portfolio showcasing past work and projects.
- Proven experience leading a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in interpreting and implementing web designs from Figma.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, business teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
Good to have
- Tailwind CSS experience.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or on personal projects.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
