What you will do
As the Principal Data Analyst, you will:
- Be responsible for the analysis, validation, and curation of workforce productivity data, turning data into insights that will help ActivTrak's customers gain better understanding of their people and enable them to make data driven decisions across their organization.
- Play a key role helping organizations to understand how to better measure and interpret workforce productivity metrics.
- Influence the development of the ActivTrak platform and further the understanding of workforce productivity inside the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information System Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Sr. Data Analyst, or any related job title or occupation in which 3 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data, developing metrics, drawing conclusions, recommending actions, and reporting results across stakeholders, working in Advanced SQL queries and techniques, working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI (including DAX and PowerQuery), Google Data Studio or Qlik, Programming Languages like Python, R was gained.
- Must have knowledge of Google BigQuery and other Google Cloud Services, Data ETL, and statistical analysis (simple & multiple regression) and experimental design.
