About the role
As a Project Manager professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and teams to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities include expertly managing project documentation, offering essential administrative support, and fostering seamless communication within the team. Thriving on coordinating schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and meticulously tracking project progress. Additionally, providing valuable advice on project management tools and methodologies and contribute to strategic planning and risk management. Through your efforts, projects are executed efficiently and successfully, making a tangible impact on business outcomes. The position sits within the Spanish team & EMEA projects managing and owning multiple client engagements to ensure the delivery of customer expectations.
You will also take ownership of tracking project progress, providing client and internal reports, managing risks and issues, and guiding the project to successful delivery.

- Managing time, cost, quality, scope and issues and risks
- Following procedures and best practice when change requests are required
- Meeting coordination and facilitation with customers and internal teams
- Meetings with commercial, presales, and account management teams (bi-weekly)
- Retros
- Weekly meetings with EMEA
- Provide internal and external client reporting
- Biweekly team reporting of hours remaining in the time accounts
- Monthly reports to existing client accounts
- Setting up reports in OA to go out automatically to the time account clients
- Administrative tasks around OA time accounts (Open Air) time login
- Ensuring close monitoring and project lifecycle management
- Manage Client project budget worksheets, project resourcing, and forecasting
- Facilitate client and internal meetings, ensuring handoffs across the different teams are smooth and effective
- Support change management initiatives
- Provide invoicing information to clients and internal stakeholders when required
- Correcting time entry errors
- Raising tickets to OA when new consultants join a project
- Invoicing clients and any project change requests
- Project status: Issues created, resolved, blocked, and in backlog.
- Logged time and time account status.
- Assist with new needs and work them with the Solution Engineer
- Assist and negotiate with the customer scope changes
- Proven experience as a Project Manager In the IT industry
- Spanish and English proficient
- Advanced understanding of Project Management and Software Engineering methodologies (i.e., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Understanding of or experience with the ITIL framework
- Experience with G-Suite or Microsoft software tools
- In-depth knowledge of project management
- Proven experience working in a client facing working environment, managing multiple external clients with different commercial agreements
- Comfortable working with remote teams and clients utilizing collaboration tools (i.e., Zoom, Slack, Skype, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with other teams
- Critical thinking, including the ability to understand the “big picture” and trade-offs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Personable, helpful and professional attitude
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the following areas: ITSM, ESM, Work Management, Service and Work Management platforms such as Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, and BMC.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
- PMP or related certification.
- Atlassian, ITIL relevant accreditation &/or certifications.
