What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for DocketWise and CasePEER products, focusing on both front-end and back-end quality.
- Collaborate with Security and Performance QE to ensure security and performance testing are integrated at every stage of development.
- Partner with the SDET team to prioritize and expand test automation efforts, ensuring tests are seamlessly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Use TestRail to manage manual testing efforts, track progress, and provide meaningful insights into testing metrics.
- Conduct regular test plan reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in testing goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance the test framework for new UI/UX testing needs.
- Drive process improvements during retrospectives, aligning testing practices with (or exceeding) industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a global team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Communicate effectively with product managers, developers, and Senior Engineering Leadership to align quality initiatives with business objectives.
About You:

Technical Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in front-end and back-end testing.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL databases and SQL queries.
- Skilled in automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Playwright, and adept at working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with TestRail or similar test management tools.
- Strong grasp of testing principles and strategies.
