Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess an inspiring creative flair, strategic acumen, and a nurturing managerial approach. A compelling digital portfolio and prior experience working with prominent clients are prerequisites for this role. The role combines essential responsibilities in conceptualization, design, supervision, and execution. Marketing.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional visual conceptualization skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and a flexible aesthetic approach. You should also know media best practices, terminologies, and vendor requirements.
As a valuable contributor to creative brainstorming sessions, you will play a crucial role in generating innovative ideas. Working both independently and collaboratively with the creative director, art directors, designers, and copywriters, as you are instrumental in the creative development process.
The ideal candidate will actively participate in the conception and ideation process, contributing to or even leading creative and strategic problem-solving for TLAS clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of art concepts and ensuring the production of high-quality advertising and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead our creative campaigns, overseeing every stage from initial pitch to final execution, ensuring that each piece of work showcases exceptional creativity, strategic brilliance, and unparalleled innovation.
Present meticulously crafted concepts to clients and internal teams, delivering clear and captivating presentations that effectively communicate the desired vision while always focusing on the end user.
Provide guidance and support throughout the creative department to contractors, graphic designers, production artists, content creators, vendors, and interns; assisting with researching, interviewing, and vetting new creative talent, fostering company growth and innovation, and providing regular feedback and hands-on coaching to nurture their professional development.
Foster collaboration with other leaders within the company, working together to enhance our organization and shape its future direction. Continuously strive for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of relevant design or marketing experience in the digital agency space.
Knowledge of marketing strategies or design agency practices
A graphic design major is preferred and Marketing/Communication background is a huge plus.
Expert knowledge of typography, composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong creative and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a department and effectively manage others
A compelling portfolio of graphic design work is a must
