Job Summary:
We are in search of a Business Engineer & Data Analyst. The “Business Engineer” in this team will employ software development and technical skills alongside communications and consulting to service the business objectives of internal and external clients.

Job Task Types:
Collecting business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
Implementing requirements into single-purpose apps, low code / no code apps, process automation, data manipulation scripts, and enhanced web interfaces.
Client communication (in written/spoken English) with high degrees of customer service
Data Entry and Processing
Main Responsibilities
Investor Research and Outreach (external client work)
Deliver a research service for external clients that includes LinkedIn scraping, data entry, data processing, and client communications & engagement
Internal Client Work (work supporting Adamant team members):
Identify repetitive tasks in the organization to build automation
Help build more interactive elements into our web presence to improve experiences (processing customers, creating lead magnet apps, etc.)
Manage data entry processes (handle manual entry and create automation through zapier, scripts, and other automation)
Data Review: pull data from disparate systems; enhance/manipulate data for dashboards and team reviews
Improve the use of CRM internally (data in, data out, and integrations)
Technical Skills Required
2-3 years of programming experience (writing and shipping code in production environments)
Mastery of Javascript required
Strong experience with other scripting languages and SQL
Ability to read and synthesize API documentation
Ability to design and develop applications, scripts, and automation that integrate with public APIs
Comfort working within spreadsheets and databases
Comfort building automation using no-code tools and low code implementation (i.e. Zapier)
Soft Skills Required
Detail-oriented with processes and data entry
Business-oriented mind with a strong interest in customer service and problem-solving
Strong command of English to ensure smooth communication with customers over email and video chat.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms.
