With a global team of 1,400+ across 10 international offices, we seek a dedicated and strategic Chief of Staff to ensure smooth operations and support our CEO in driving the company's mission forward.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly strategic and operational Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key operational tasks, supporting high-level decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in executive-level support and a deep understanding of operational and strategic business functions. This role demands a strategic, critical thinker who can work independently and anticipate the needs of a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects on time and within budget.
Manage prioritization, resource allocation, and process improvements for key initiatives.
Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Track and report on project performance using KPIs and metrics.
Sales Operations
Align sales operations with overall business strategy to drive revenue growth.
Optimize CRM systems for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Analyze sales performance data and streamline sales processes for efficiency.
Collaborate on sales compensation plans and ensure alignment with marketing.
Strategic & Operational Support:
Assist in managing business development initiatives, partnerships, and key strategic projects.
Track the progress of key operational and strategic goals, providing regular updates to the CEO.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes, including competitor and market analysis.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive meetings and external stakeholders.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and help coordinate team efforts on special projects.
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and coordinate executive meetings and events.
Support HR functions, including onboarding of new hires and assisting with team development initiatives.
Client & Partner Relations:
Serve as the point of contact for key partners and stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring strong relationships.
Assist with contract management, vendor negotiations, and other operational logistics.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Chief of Staff or similar, with experience in strategic and operational roles.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with an eye for detail and precision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM and ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Analytical Ability: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and support executive-level decision-making.
Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to handle multiple priorities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing or tech industry is a plus but not required.
