Salary: $1,400 - $1,800 monthly (salary based on assessment)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SDR Manager/Closer with a strong focus on outbound sales to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving new business as well as training up the sales teams of our clients. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both direct sales activities as well as supporting the ongoing management and delivery of our SDR program.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales:
Leverage a variety of outbound prospecting channels, including email campaigns, direct mail, and LinkedIn, to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
Craft compelling value propositions and sales narratives to engage with decision-makers at target IT companies
Prioritize strategic outbound prospecting efforts as the primary responsibility of this role
Skillfully navigate the sales cycle, from initial contact to scheduling qualified meetings with prospects, and closing customers
Maintain a robust pipeline of active opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
SDR Program Support:
Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to the SDR team on cold-calling scripts, prospecting techniques, and overall program performance
Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously refine and optimize the SDR sales process
Assist with the onboarding and training of new SDR hires, sharing best practices and proven strategies
Monitor SDR activity and results, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions
Serve as a backup resource for the weekly SDR coaching calls, offering guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Exceptional cold calling and prospecting skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer pain points
Experience managing or coaching SDR/BDR teams, providing constructive feedback and driving performance improvements
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
Proficient in using sales tools and technologies, such as GoHighLevel CRM, sales engagement platforms, and social selling techniques
Ideally proficient in using Google Workspace and Slack for communication
Prior experience selling to or selling within the IT services industry
Familiarity with the IT services industry, including the common challenges and sales motions of technical founders and MSPs
Passion for building and scaling a high-performing sales organization, with a strategic mindset and growth-oriented approach
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team, while also demonstrating independent initiative and problem-solving skills
