Airalo is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and support our growth as we expand into multiple additional global markets while building our B2B & B2B2C offerings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first members of the legal team, working closely with the head of our Legal department & defining our legal SOPs.


As a Senior Contract Administrator at Airalo, you will collaborate closely with the head of our legal department and different department directors in the company. You will work on various contractual topics, both well-known and novel, as our technological solutions require creative and proactive legal guidance. You will support a range of products and business areas within Airalo in multiple global locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide contract administration support, and assist with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and NDAs, alongside our Director of Legal and commercial teams
  • Develop a comprehensive contract management system to track contract status, milestones, and obligations.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Work with our networks, partnerships & sales teams, as well as client counterparts to assist with day-to-day service & contract delivery
  • Assist with reporting, and documenting commercial and contract risks and issues, following up with contract management leads to coordinate completion of ongoing opportunities
  • Assist with drafting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in compliance with contract management processes and account delivery requirements
  • Assist with the development of a contract awareness program for the revenue team highlighting critical contract terms and conditions
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members on contract management practices and policies.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues that arise in the execution of contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in contract management.


Must-haves:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 5 years of contractual management experience, either in a practice or in-house environment
  • To have some procurement background with knowledge on standard purchasing agreement, Outline agreement, Master Service agreement and Schedule of Works (SOW)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment / experience in communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams & balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at the same time
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
  • Good understanding of contract law and principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Good to have:
  • Experience working with internet and technology companies
  • Experience working with Telco, MNOs & MNVOs
