We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Europe to focus on recruiting top sales talent for our Growth & Partnerships teams across APAC, Arabia, and Africa. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our company's global success by leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and secure exceptional sales professionals. With your deep expertise in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the travel-tech industry, you will help build high-performing teams that fuel our company's expansion and long-term success.


Please note that we require candidates to be located in Europe to ensure better alignment with our team’s time zone while focusing on hiring sales professionals for APAC, Arabia, and Africa regions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across APAC, Arabia, and Africa to understand business objectives, Growth & Partnerships hiring needs, and sales talent requirements.
  • Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales professionals, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and regional industry events.
  • Proactively build and nurture a strong talent pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates, including resume reviews, behavioral interviews, and competency evaluations to ensure alignment with both role-specific qualifications and company culture.
  • Create a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding, ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on interview best practices, interview panel coordination, and feedback loop optimization.
  • Negotiate and extend compelling offers that align with compensation benchmarks, ensuring a smooth transition through the hiring process and into onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) and continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging data insights and market trends.
  • Stay informed about regional market dynamics, talent availability, and industry developments within the travel-tech and sales sectors to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.


Must-haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience, specifically in sales recruitment, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or travel-tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, including sales methodologies (e.g., consultative sales, relationship selling), performance metrics, and KPIs.
  • Advanced sourcing and networking skills, with demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive sales talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and CRM systems.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive candidate and business information.


Good to have:
  • Experience in the travel-tech, telecom, or global technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and how they influence recruitment and team-building.
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the APAC, Arabia, and Africa regions.
  • Knowledge of regional hiring laws, talent availability, and market conditions across APAC, Arabia, and Africa.
