A Bit About You
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps, security, and infrastructure.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mastery of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Deep understanding of networking and security tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Healthcare Systems: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA compliance.
- Automation Expertise: Proven track record of automating complex workflows and processes.
- Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing system performance and reliability at scale.
- Advanced Security Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
Additional Physical Job Requirements
- Reading English, comprehending, and following simple oral and written instructions.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $172,000 - $215,000
Commission Eligible: No
Equity Eligible: Yes
Travel: Yes - Required up to 15% of the time
Location Requirement: Employment at Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Illinois, New York, Kansas, Texas, Maryland, Washington (WA), Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin.
