Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining and entering large amounts of data from various sources into the company's database. The specialist must be attentive to detail and have some technical expertise, as even the smallest details can lead to challenges within the company.
The individual should be comfortable:
- Analyzing complex problems and breaking them down into manageable parts
- Working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and changing task requirements
- Learning and working independently
- Troubleshooting issues, proactively seeking out solutions, and articulating technical issues with the team as needed
Responsibilities
Data Configuration:
- Create accurate and compliant FHIRr5 Questionnaires based on provided questions in PDF format and/or written requirements
- Troubleshoot technical errors and data entry errors using internal tools
- Use PDF editor tools to map data from Questionnaires to PDFs
- Deploy changes to a development environment using APIs
File Maintenance:
- Maintain an organized library of reusable JSON files
- Contribute to internal documentation
Quality Assurance:
- Complete peer review of work to ensure it meets defined quality standards by conducting tests, identifying defects, and documenting issues for resolution
Proficiency in Data Architecture:
- Delve deep into the data model, ensuring a holistic grasp of its nuances
- Use this understanding to identify potential areas for insightful data-driven decision-making
- 1-2 years of experience related to data entry
- Experience with JSON and API querying
- Good command of English
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of analytical thinking skills and logic
