Description
We're seeking a remote Talent acquisition specialist (TAS) to join our team! As a TAS, you'll play a pivotal role in building our network of highly skilled offshore talent, with a particular focus on identifying and placing top-tier virtual assistants (VAs). You'll be responsible for the entire candidate recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs, to sourcing outstanding talent, to checking in on placed candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clients and Account managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source qualified VA and other candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Conduct phone screens with potential candidates to assess their communication, skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and clients.
- Prepare and present top candidates to clients, advocating for their qualifications and highlighting their exceptional qualities.
- Maintain detailed records throughout the recruitment process and provide regular progress updates to hiring managers and leadership (i.e. keep our CRM up to date with your activities).
- Stay up to date with industry trends in offshore recruitment and VA skills to optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified candidates sourced per month.
- Conversion rates (e.g. endorsed candidates to interviews, interviews to offers, etc..).
- Placement retention rate.
- Candidate and client satisfaction with the recruitment experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully placing qualified candidates in remote positions.
- Strong understanding of the virtual assistant industry and the skills and experience required for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in recruiting software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, online sourcing platforms).
- We use Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a variety of job boards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
