The Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics to ensure ongoing success and performance monitoring across the organization. This role involves managing a variety of reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that support decision-making and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Reporting:
- Generate and update key performance and metric reports.
- Maintain forecasts and projections for cancellations and customer churn.
- Conduct data analysis on recent user activity and cancellations.
- Update operational reports focused on customer interaction metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monthly Reporting:
- Create, update, and distribute various financial and operational performance reports.
- Produce and analyze key performance reports, tracking critical metrics for customer engagement and business operations.
- Maintain and update dashboards related to performance metrics, cancellations, and financials.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards as needed for retention, disputes, and performance tracking.
- Perform data analysis for business disbursements and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and categorize incoming inquiries and tickets to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and operational KPIs is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer experience or operational environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools for reporting and analytics.

- Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.
- Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular weekday working hours.
