- Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help team members improve their performance and confidence.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify team needs, develop training resources, and implement strategies to drive overall team success.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of mentees and offer strategies for improvement, aligning with the team’s sales objectives.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams is highly desirable.
- Understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, empathetic attitude with a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
