About the Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers in our newly formed Account Management department.
Appsilon is a trusted Software Development and Data Innovation Partner in Life Sciences, delivering cutting-edge software services such as interactive dashboards built with R and Python. Every project is executed by expert engineers led by a Delivery Manager who ensures successful outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and the customer, focusing on strategic discussions, identifying opportunities for upselling, project extensions, and cross-selling by recommending our services to other customers or departments.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver account management plans and meet revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Create Case Studies: Develop case studies for each account, showcasing measurable business impact.
- Generate SQLs for Cross-Sells: Identify and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by leveraging recommendations from current customers.
- Drive Customer Development: Provide insights to enhance Appsilon’s value proposition and support our Innovation Team.
- Sales Hunter Mindset: You actively seek out and secure new project opportunities.
- Technological Expertise: A strong understanding of software development capabilities allows you to discuss solutions confidently with customers without requiring a software engineer’s support. Experience in areas like selling software solutions, delivery management, or project management is essential.
- Life Sciences Familiarity: You are knowledgeable about, or can quickly learn, terminology such as FDA submission, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or spatial transcriptomics. Prior experience working with pharmaceutical clients is a significant advantage.
- Excellent English Proficiency ( C1- C2 )
- You are open to regular travel to meet customers and attend conferences or industry events ( EU & USA ).
- You excel at speaking, listening, and building rapport, characterized by openness, patience, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
- You are highly motivated, take ownership of your performance, and continuously strive for improvement.
- You bring a solid understanding of customer development processes and best practices.
- Experience in The Challenger Sale methodology

- Enjoy a monthly salary of 18.000 - 24.000 PLN or $4500 - $6000 + VAT on B2B contract.
