Hapi provides connectivity between hotels, hotel companies, and hospitality technology providers, effectively changing the technology landscape by removing longstanding data barriers.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, based in Argentina or Uruguay, to join our team as the first full-time marketing hire. This role is ideal for a versatile marketing professional with advanced English proficiency, who enjoys collaborating with consultants and agencies to build new processes and is eager to bring fresh ideas and try new approaches. The role reports to a fractional marketing leader, who is looking for a partner to assist with data-driven growth strategies and someone who can support the day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management
- Assist marketing leadership in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Help execute account-based marketing campaigns
- Identify necessary assets and tactics to support campaign objectives
Channel Management
- Oversee and optimize our owned channels, including website, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, crafting engaging copy for posts
- Assist with website development agency requests and copy updates
- Create compelling email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows
- Help coordinate industry event registration, materials, and logistics
Content Creation
- Create visuals for LinkedIn, case studies, and sales sheets using branded templates
- Write copy for various marketing materials, including emails and social media posts, aligned with brand and product messaging
- Collaborate with product marketing and PR team members to leverage existing content
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Ensure proper campaign setup and tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Follow up on leads and manage lead nurturing processes
- Help compile monthly marketing reports
Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets and campaigns on time
- Help manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles
- Experience writing marketing copy in American English
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or willingness to quickly upskill)
- Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Webflow
- Skilled in Canva for creating marketing visuals with templates
