Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from the customer.
- Manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, defects)
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, internal reviews, stakeholder reviews, retrospective).
- Schedule and lead requirement clarification sessions with the customer throughout the development cycle.
- Lead bi-weekly demonstration of completed features to the customer
- Manage customer user acceptance testing.
- Create functional documentation
- Manage trade-offs to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and manage risks.
- Ongoing communication with the Scrum Master / Project Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- 1+ years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
- 1+ years experience using agile methodology
- Ability to adjust working hours to customer availability.
- Fully fluent in English

- STEM or Business Degree
