About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and self-starting Full Stack TypeScript Developer to take the reins for the development and evolution of our core product. You'll be joining a small dynamic and collaborative environment as our principal developer, so your ideas and contributions will directly impact the success of our company.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality TypeScript code for both front-end and back-end components of our product.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, independently researching and implementing solutions to fulfill the joint product vision.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the product.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on TypeScript.
- Ability to make recommendations and justify them to senior leadership.
- Create succinct packages to defend your approach and thought process to solving a specific problem or development challenge.
- Strong passion for clean and visually appealing front end UX and design.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-ready web applications using React Framework.
- Solid understanding of back-end technologies, including Node.js and Express.js.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack)

- Include projects that highlight your ability to build and deploy complex applications, emphasizing your problem-solving skills and coding style.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Provide a portfolio or active GitHub profile with examples of your work, demonstrating your proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
What We Offer:
- Competitive benefits and a salary range of $135,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
- U.S. Citizenship Required: Due to the nature of our work with the US. government and security agencies, all applicants must be US citizens living and residing in the US.
- This is a fully remote position.
