As Array evolves, we are looking for a talent partner and benefits expert who will support the sales team working very closely with the Chief Sales officer. As a member of the talent strategy team, you will advise, consult, and support employees and managers on all matters to do with the engagement and productivity of their teams while also managing key aspects of benefits and compliance. This role will report to the SVP of Talent Strategy and have a high level of autonomy and expected outside the box thinking.
This role is a hybrid people partner and HR compliance position and 70% of the work is expected to be People partner while 30% of the work will be on compliance and benefits
You Will:
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer to support the sales team’s talent needs and organizational design.
- Leverage data to implement and drive talent management strategies tailored to the sales function, including hiring, retention, and engagement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment between sales needs and broader talent strategy.
- Oversee employee leave requests, including managing documentation and compliance with short-term disability, long-term disability, LOA, FMLA, and medical disability.
- Handle unemployment paperwork and ensure adherence to relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, life status changes, and responding to benefit claims and 401K inquiries.
- Manage vendor relationships with Array’s 401k provider, broker, and healthcare administrators.
- Lead the open enrollment process and ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS startups, with a strong leadership background in talent enablement, organizational design, and leadership support, particularly in tech or SaaS environments.
- Thrived in an environment where there has been a high degree of change, ambiguity, uncertainty and transformation
- Proven expertise in benefits administration and HR compliance, with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer thoughtful support and coaching to employees and leaders.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to influence decision-making through insights and analysis.
- Experience supporting remote teams and navigating environments with high degrees of change and ambiguity.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Pay Transparency: $120,000+ for base salary, depending on experience
