About this role
As a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you’ll partner with Account Executives to help us secure the technical win and collaborate on the business case to secure the commercial win. Your objective is to help prospects understand how the Ashby platform can support their specific needs in ways that are differentiated from competitors . To do this, you’ll develop deep product and competitive acumen across our full product suite, and build a strong understanding for the challenges TA teams face.
You'll be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, enabling well-scoped product trials and coordinating RFP responses from time to time. You’ll know you’re successful in this role when prospects can’t wait to purchase Ashby! (which happens pretty frequently, because the product is ahhh-mazing)

♻️ You are a partner to the product org, translating customer feedback into requirements that have resulted in product enhancements
💙 You have spent time with HR or Talent teams, and you have a high level of empathy for the work they do day to day—their pain is our pain.
