Who we are
We’re seeking a dynamic Campaigns Marketing Senior Specialist to join the Acquisitions Marketing team at Attentive. In this role you will develop, support, and promote marketing campaigns that excites and delights, driving demand and engagement across the prospect and customer lifecycle. Collaborating extensively with the broader marketing team, you will be a key player in developing integrated campaigns including the strategy and execution for external distribution.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive demand and pipeline across different channels including e-mail, webinars, paid channels, website, and more
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and promote integrated campaigns that align with key industry moments and business initiatives
- Create demand generation content, including webinars, guides and virtual experiences
- Outline and coordinate the execution promotional strategies across owned channels and sales enablement
- Identify the targeting and audience segmentation for campaigns, including ABM initiatives, coordinating closely with Lifecycle and Customer Marketing teams
- Deliver campaign performance analysis, reporting on KPIs and established benchmarks
- 2-4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing with a focus in a campaigns or a growth marketing role
- Thinks creatively and out-of-the-box to come up with fresh campaign concepts
- Excels at synthesizing information into compelling messages that will captivate our audience
- Experience writing engaging marketing copy to drive engagement and action
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, nurturing campaigns, ABM, and segmentation—Hubspot experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate across teams
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to come to conclusions and make recommendations backed by data
- Salesforce experience required. Knowledge of building reports/dashboard, and an understanding account/contact/lead fields and campaigns, how they map to other systems.
- Proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives working in a fast-paced environment

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,400 - $94,350 base + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
