About the Role:
As a product led organization, we identified a need for a much stronger process and strategy around product launches -- from point and feature release communications to market-leading product launch strategies. This is important to the business because knowledge of new offerings and capabilities within sales and customers speeds their purchase and adoption. We worked with release management to evolve and standardize the process, this role will operationalize it across the team.
The role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing and would be a great stepping stone to a Product Marketing Manager role over time.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans.
- Manage go-to-market launch objectives, strategies, timelines, milestones and deliverables that drive product visibility and adoption.
- Engage with marketing teams to define all product go-to-market launch assets, including messaging frameworks, press releases, marketing and events collateral, web and campaign content, sales enablement materials, and internal communications.
- Update and/or recommend changes to sales and marketing collateral as new product capabilities are released.
- Track key launch metrics and analyze results to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, project management, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Asana, Confluence, Salesforce and Tableau preferred.
