About the Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead operational excellence within our Installation Operations/Professional Services division. This role serves as a crucial nexus, combining project management prowess, a talent for process improvement, data analytics proficiency, and strong stakeholder management skills to optimize efficiency for both our internal teams and external partners involved in our hardware installations. What You'll Do:

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects that drive forward critical business initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and execution skills. Ensure successful project delivery by overseeing planning, execution, and delivery phases, while managing risks and dependencies effectively. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
• Process Optimization and Management: Identify, develop, implement, and refine processes for internal and external stakeholders to efficiently manage administrative tasks associated with Motive installation projects, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Data Analysis: Transform unstructured data into structured frameworks to facilitate informed decision-making and compelling data-driven storytelling. Provide recommendations for enhancing data management and ensuring consistency. Present data in a clear and actionable manner to support strategic decision-making.
• Metrics and KPIs: Develop and report on various metrics related to the installation program, including installation volume, customer CSAT, financials, and other data crucial for business decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual success. Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business spectrum, from individual contributors to executives, ensuring alignment and buy-in for project goals and outcomes.
• Partners Management and Escalations handling: Support partner relations by overseeing operations and mediating invoice/payments issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address both partner and customer concerns efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact project results for an organization. Experience in managing technical and process improvement projects within a SaaS context or similar environment is highly desirable.
• A talent for evolving unstructured processes into well-defined, efficient operations, showcasing an ability for streamlining workflows and improving overall productivity.
• Proficiency in data management practices, with the ability to effectively transform and leverage data, including financial data, to support key business objectives, driving informed decision-making, strategic initiatives, and financial performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the capability to effectively manage relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders, spanning various levels and regions within the organization.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for proactively driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced startup environment where change is constant and embraced.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Asana is preferred.
• Certification: Preference for certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPP or a related methodology.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational processes, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets/Excel. Experience with advanced data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations requiring instructing, persuading, negotiating and conflict resolution.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical installation processes within a SaaS context or similar environment is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance project management capabilities and drive business success.
• Work Timings: The role requires the availability to work remotely during US timings from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
