ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM


The Executive Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO is a hybrid role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant (EA) with those of a Personal Assistant (PA). Reporting directly to the CEO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board, this individual will provide holistic support, managing both professional and personal aspects of the executive's life.

WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
  • Executive Assistant Duties: 
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling. 
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. 
  • Assist with project management, ensuring that business objectives are met and timelines are adhered to. 
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 
  • Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including research, agenda setting, and follow-up tasks. 
  • Personal Assistant Duties: 
  • Organize and manage personal commitments, including those related to family, household, and social obligations. 
  • Handle household financial management, including budgeting, bill payments, and financial planning. 
  • Oversee household infrastructure needs, such as home maintenance, transportation, and pet care. 
  • Assist with non-business related leadership roles and commitments, including involvement in non-profit organizations like Unite America. 
  • Run personal errands as needed, which may require travel and physical activity. 
  • Provide general administrative support in managing personal legal, tax, and financial matters. 
  • Offer occasional childcare support during work hours, as necessary. 


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and implementation. 
  • Flexible and adaptable; excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Personable and approachable, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. 
  • Experience supporting high-level executives with demanding schedules and complex workloads. 
  • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; willing to take on diverse tasks as they arise. 
  • A passion for helping others and a genuine love for the work in this role. 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives. 
  • Strong proficiency with office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accountability. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality, as they are essential in this role. 
  • Ability to travel and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. 
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor are key.
