Basis Technologies is headquartered in Chicago, and our employees have the flexibility to work in an office location, completely remote, or a hybrid of the two. Please note, we are hiring on a remote working basis only in the U.S. and Canada.
This position is responsible for responding to employee inquiries, providing end user support for HR Technologies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and providing transactional and administrative support across T&D.
\n- Responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner, addressing employee concerns and educating employees on where to find resources, policies and procedures to drive a more self-service culture.
- Processing HR transactions, managing data entry and ensuring data accuracy, assisting new hires through their onboarding process, conducting regular audits of our external job boards and completing all offboarding tasks for terminated employees.
- Processing monthly billing, ensuring HR vendors receive timely payment and following up with internal AP on any delinquent notices.
- Providing administrative system support across all T&D teams including but not limited to, learning administration (creation of courses, enrollment in courses), talent administration (position and requisition creation, logging personnel changes), recruiting administration (processing referral and sign on bonuses).
- Providing ad hoc project support across T&D.
- Acknowledging and embracing diversity of thought and opinion, and approach with Beeps, clients and vendors, regardless of background, culture, and organizational level. Specific examples include, but are not limited to:
