ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will work with Beamery’s top clients, providing strategic advice on critical organizational topics such as talent acquisition, culture, skills based transformation, organization design, and mobility. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve the impact delivered by Beamery technology and services and build deeper, trust-based relationships with our customers.

As a Client Relationship Lead, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, straddling a combination of professional services and business development.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY

🚀 Conduct in-depth client and prospect consultations to understand key business challenges, goals, and objectives

🚀 Drive upselling and cross selling - from ideation and development to execution - with the goal of increasing revenue and profit margins on named accounts

🚀 Support the design, development, and implementation of tailored solutions via revenue-generating activities across technology and professional services 

🚀 Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations

🚀 Expand your organizational and industry knowledge and stay up to date – e.g., on market trends, competitors, emerging technologies, best practices, and lessons learned - to broaden and/or improve efficiency of future client engagements

🚀 Collaborate closely across Beamery teams – including Sales, Product, and Customer Success – to ensure seamless interactions and delivery of client impact

🚀 Provide regular updates and/or reports on relationship development, including net new opportunities, strategic changes, and areas requiring Beamery executive attention

🚀 Showcase mature oral and written communication skills, tailoring messaging appropriately based on target audience

🚀 Support culture of continuous learning by pursuing opportunities to expand knowledge of organizational topics and sharing with colleagues

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

🚀 Demonstrated expertise in and functional knowledge across stages the talent lifecycle (e.g., sourcing, assessment, selection, onboarding, development, retention)

🚀 Proven track record of value based pre-sales and sales skills

🚀 Bachelor’s degree minimum (advanced degrees preferred) with post-undergraduate experience with a top-tier consulting firm preferred 

🚀 Demonstrated ability to develop deep, trust-based client relationships, particularly within a commercial and/or high-touch client service environment  

🚀 Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively

🚀 Exceptional analytical problem solving skills with a high capacity for conceptual thinking

🚀 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and people at all levels across an organization

🚀 Based on the East Coast

The salary for this role will be $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
