ABOUT THE ROLE/ TEAM
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Communication & Events team, owning product strategy, discovery, & delivery to craft innovative, customer-loved solutions.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into understanding your key user groups, uncover opportunities that drive commercial value, and turn insights into real impact. You’ll define the long-term roadmap, identify and validate key challenges, and collaborate with product designers to create thoughtful solutions.
Working closely with engineering, you’ll bring these ideas to life—exploring how Artificial Intelligence can enhance the platform and better serve our Beamery clients.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🚀A Product Manager experienced in working on complex technical or AI products
🚀 You’ll be an analytical thinker and have the ability to leverage data; driving insights to make informed decisions. You’ll understand key metrics, conduct data analysis, and use data to identify opportunities & measure success
🚀 Proven track record of driving GTM and adoption with B2B customers
🚀 You’ll have a strong product discovery toolkit with a hypothesis-driven mindset
🚀 You are customer-centric; well adverse in dealing with high volume feature requests & know how to prioritize balancing customer happiness whilst balancing impact vs resource
🚀 You’ll be a leader with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
🚀 Excited by the prospect of solving businesses problems and strategizing how we use technology (& specifically Artificial Intelligence) to really make an impactful contribution within the HR Tech space

LOCATION
We believe that spending time together in person helps us build connections and collaborate more effectively, so we follow a hybrid work model—Mondays and Tuesdays in the office, plus every other Friday.
