We seek a talented and results-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our amazing finance team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, generate insightful reports, and support the decision-making process.
\n- Build up the financial models for new projects and business (SaaS, IT, marketing);
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting;
- Track and analyze financial KPIs;
- Prepare financial and management reports with assessments;
- Collaborate with managers to define, implement, and track KPIs and metrics that align with financial objectives;
- Participate in reporting automation.
- 1+ year experience in analysis (preliminary IT, SaaS);
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (B2-C1) and Fluent Ukrainian;
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
- Experience with financial reports (PL, BS, CF);
- Financial modeling and budgeting skills;
- Advanced experience with Google Sheets;
- Analytical skills, and experience extracting actionable insights from data.
