American Medical Compliance (AMC), a client of Bizforce, is seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our clients, assisting with various tasks such as managing schedules, handling emails, and conducting research. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Conduct internet research and gather information
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and record management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (Arizona time)
Other Details:
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9AM - 5PM Arizona time (MST); 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week
Duration: Full-time, long-term
