Job Description:
As a Talent Advocate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our candidates are presented in the best possible light to our clients. You will work closely with talent to craft compelling resumes and profiles, effectively showcase their skills and experience, and provide critical support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Resume Enhancement:Collaborate with talent to develop rich and tailored resumes that highlight their qualifications and align with the specific requirements of the positions they are applying for.Guide on optimizing LinkedIn profiles and other professional social media platforms.Talent Presentation:Independently promote and sell talent to our clients by understanding their needs and presenting candidates who meet those criteria.Develop and utilize marketing strategies to highlight the unique skills and experiences of candidates.Stakeholder Engagement:Participate in calls with stakeholders to gather detailed feedback when a candidate is rejected or when the job requirements are unclear.Communicate insights and suggestions to improve the clarity and effectiveness of future searches.Organization and Detail Orientation:Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions, resume revisions, and client feedback.Ensure timely follow-ups and updates are provided to both candidates and clients.Advanced English Proficiency:Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with international clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field.Exceptional ability to create engaging and targeted resumes.Strong sales skills with the ability to market talent effectively to clients.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
