Job Summary:

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Assistant who is excited to work from home (100% remote). The Employee Engagement Assistant will play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement and satisfaction, working actively to help positively influence corporate culture and ultimately retain talent.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and ensure adherence to workplace policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the development of an engagement plan that could include activities designed to build employee relations
  • Actively participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures that promote a positive work environment and strong employee relationships.
  • Supports seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and newly regularized employees, providing them with essential resources and support.
  • Assist in service delivery, and budget or project management
  • Identify potential external partners for the company employee engagement programs
  • Assist in identifying and utilizing tools designed to improve the relationship between provider and audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze data to determine which audience engagement techniques are succeeding and which ones need to be revamped
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Engaging, having a natural liking of people, a knack for leading, and sales skills that help engage others in goals.

Qualification: 

  • At least 6 Months + of experience working in HR as a Generalist or Officer/Junior-level or Specialist in Employee Engagements.
  • You should be familiar with social media platforms
  • Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization.
  • You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet and Google applications.
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labor law and regulations is an advantage.
  • A wide network of external partners (e.g. bands, hosts, venues, etc.) for company engagement programs is a plus
  • Able to support a Work from Home setup
  • Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
  • Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
