Job Description
We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing a variety of marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In this position, you will be an Asana expert that thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at diving into the details to deliver exceptional results.
As a Marketing Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all B2B marketing projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution
- Expertly utilize Asana to plan, track, and manage all project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
- Stay current with news in the telecom industry and amongst our competitors. Prepare a bimonthly report to our business unit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, procurement, and external partners, to align marketing efforts and optimize performance
- Manage RFP processes for new tools, interface with the procurement team and outside vendors, and oversee the setup and launch of new marketing tools
- Provide project support and strategic recommendations to streamline organizational processes and fill gaps in existing projects
- Manage relationships with existing agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and project outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, outcomes, and insights for senior leadership, with a focus on visually compelling and data-driven slides
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 + years of proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager in the telecommunications industry or a related field
- A proactive, self-motivated, driven marketer with the willingness to dive into the weeds to get the job done
- Expertise in using Asana for project management is a must
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Jira, Outreach.io, and Everyonesocial
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including high-level executives
- Proficiency in creating visually beautiful, data-focused slides for presentations
- Experience in broadband, VOIP, or POTs is highly desirable
- Experience with small businesses
- PMP certification preferred
