Job Description
Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Network Build Project Manager to join our team! As the Network Build Project Manager, you will report directly to the Sr Manager, Network Build Support, E&C. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project scope for various functional parts of the Network Inventory Team such as, but not limited to the implementation and rollout of new equipment configurations, support all in-house training requirements in conjunction with your peer PM’s; share in the various special research projects, data cleansing and overall support of the East, North and South internal Planning and Engineering teams, and play an integral part in the future systematic strategy for inventory and customer turn-ups in the BSPD Fiber and IQGeo space as well as support all major E/W and MM End user customer programs.
You will collaborate cross functionally with internal departments to define project requirements, establish and meet timelines and document all Stakeholder progress and notes to ensure successful project goal delivery and a great culture is created across all members.
As mentioned, this position will have daily collaboration with the Planning and Engineering groups, but will also interact and partner with Architecture, E&C Staff and Field Operations teams to ensure common understanding of inventory requirements and to allow for BSPD teams to keep customer commitments and deliver a portfolio of products and services in timely efficient manner. In addition, this PM will interact frequently with the Build team leadership in support of the production Engineers and build team staff.

As the Network Build Project Manager, who supports various functions of the network inventory team your responsibilities will include:
- Function as a SME for detailed inventory requirements in various Apps
- Provide support to ISP-OSP Engineers/planners who need assistance in processing Build requests
- Trouble shoot automation flow hiccups within given systems, escalating where appropriate
- Support inventory records cleansing and alignment with best practice for equipment, fiber and circuit
- Assist in defining new process flows and proper handling related to new systems deployments
- Efficiently manage multiple projects of varying sizes
- Recommend changes to processes to increase department effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain center documentation

Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong people-leading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proven success in a project coordination role with strong project management skills and experience – loves creating order out of chaos.
- Strong experience with Human Resource initiatives

- Working knowledge of Network architecture platforms.
- Any previous examples of similar roles/support documents
- Project Management Certification
