Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the brightwheel Marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in creating impactful face-to-face experiences that resonate with brightwheel’s target audience and stand out in a competitive market. Leveraging your deep understanding of product and market dynamics, you will craft and execute strategic field marketing plans, nurturing relationships and driving lead generation to support the sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating successful events and marketing campaigns, collaborating effectively with sales leaders, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals. You will collaborate with the sales team, manage budgets, and constantly improve the effectiveness of field marketing activities to engage prospects and drive revenue.
\n- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Partner with team leader (Head of Product and Field Marketing) to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to specific geographic regions to engage target audiences and support sales objectives.
- Organize Events and Experiences: Create and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities that provide direct customer interaction and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee field marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within financial constraints to maximize ROI.
- Measure and Report Performance: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics, reporting results, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize future efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 4+ years related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing
- Proven experience carrying out field marketing activities, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- Experience partnering with SMB sales team (preferred; not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
