Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a skilled, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute on a plan to optimize our sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving conversion of inbound and outbound leads, generating insights that significantly improve conversion, ideating and testing improvements to the funnel, and partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine an analytical mindset with experience leading growth marketing initiatives and partnering with cross-functional partners to drive results. You’ll play a key role in brightwheel impacting more early education programs so they can save time, get paid faster, and build deeper relationships with families and staff.
\n- Nurture inbound leads to drive conversion at the top of the sales funnel
- Own and execute brightwheel’s prospect-facing communication strategy, including automated email/SMS drips, sales sequences in Revenue.io, and audience segmentation
- Optimize ChiliPiper scheduler and identify other opportunities to increase demos set/held
- Lead growth initiatives end-to-end; capture insights and learnings to inform decision-making
- Analyze campaign outcomes with reporting in HubSpot, Tableau, and Google Analytics
- Closely partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to drive progress against OKRs
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth in fast-growing organizations. SaaS experience a strong plus
- Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Track record in building rock-solid partnerships with Sales and GTM teams
- Strength in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
- Combination of strategic thinking and ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
- Experience leading growth initiatives (nurture campaigns, A/B testing, scheduling tools, lead scoring, etc.)
- Expertise with B2B marketing tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, Chili Piper, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms
